I originally ordered the Gracie Mills Norman 3D Puff Stitched Overfilled Pillow Protector, but received a Madison Park branded version instead. Fortunately, I do like the product itself. It appears to be well made, comfortable, and meets my expectations for quality. My reason for giving 3 stars is that I was never informed of the brand substitution before the order was shipped. Had the company communicated the change in advance, I would have appreciated the transparency and likely rated the experience higher. The product is good, but accurate product representation and communication are important to customers.
