Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping

  • hip?  We ship to the forty-eight contiguous states.
  • How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched? We processed your order within twenty-four hours.
  • Where are your packages shipped from? Our principal warehouse is in Georgia.
  • Do you ship packages internationally? Only be special request. International orders are non-refundable.
  • How do you price your postage? All domestic orders ship free!
  • What carriers to you use? All small parcel orders are shipped via FEDEX or UPS. Oversized orders (LTL) or palletized orders require special handling. Carriers may vary.

Payment methods

  • What payment methods do you accept? We accept all MC, Visa & AMEX, as well as Paypal.

Transit Time.

         How long will it take to get my order? Once an order is received and processed, it generally takes four days to arrive. Remember, we ship out of Georgia and if you live in the Pacific Northwest, travel times do vary.

Do you have gift packaging options? No. We do not offer gift packaging.

How do I cancel/modify an order? Orders may be cancelled up to 30 minutes after the order is placed

How can I track my order? Once an order is shipped, we send you a confirmation email with the carrier and tracking number.

What if my order arrives damaged? If you received a damaged item, please take a picture of the damage and send it us along with your name and order number. We will take the necessary steps to replace it. We do not accept cancellations on damaged items. Only replacements.
